There are no fixed costs. We charge 15% commission per booking made through 24RENTALS. The guest pays it to us as a down payment; you collect the remaining 85% directly from the guest.
Can I keep renting out myself?
Yes. You keep renting through Airbnb, Booking.com or your own website. We connect the calendars via iCal, so availability updates automatically.
What information do you need?
Location, capacity, amenities, current photos, rates, house rules, your cancellation policy and an iCal link to your calendar.
